The Agency

Pav Agency was established as a natural continuation of a collaboration with the Fiorella Giannelli agency, which began in May 2022 and lasted until that agency’s closure. We prepared ten students from Pav Academy—all represented by Fiorella Giannelli—for numerous auditions, conducted both via self-tape and in person. Matteo Maiolani, now represented by NCE Italiana, received preparation for all his self-tape and in-person auditions for seasons 1 and 2 of the series ‘Nord Sud Ovest Est - La leggendaria storia degli 883’ directed by Sidney Sibilia and produced by Sky and Groenlandia—and went on to make his debut as a co-lead in the first episode of the second season, playing the role of Michael Righeira. The preparation of Matteo, as well as that for approximately 100 other auditions carried out between 2022 and 2025 on behalf of the Fiorella Giannelli agency, was overseen by Gianmaria Fornari—co-founder and film acting instructor at Pav Academy, and now the head of Pav Agency. Since 2020, our masterclasses with casting directors have enabled us to further refine our ability to identify the unique qualities of each individual actor and to implement specific, personalized tools for their development: https://pav.academy/masterclass_cinema.php Furthermore, several of our students possess a high or excellent level of English proficiency. The agency fosters the effective professional growth of the talent it represents, expertly managing both their ongoing training and their preparation for auditions.
